Allison J. Spinneweber is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 14 years of experience with children, adolescents, and adults in the community mental health field and private practice. Allison has held positions as a Residential Counselor, School Based Therapist, and Supervisor of Family Support and Clinical Services in addition to her work as a private practice therapist. She received her Masters of Social Work from The University of Pittsburgh with a specialization in Mental Health and her Bachelors of Science in Family and Child Sciences from Florida State University.
When meeting with Allison, you will receive support that is knowledgeable, respectful, down to earth, and conscientious of your belief system. Treatment for each client and family is highly individualized, based around interests, learning style, and family belief systems.

When Allison meets individually with your child, she provides experienced treatment focused around developing emotional and attention regulation skills, along with encouraging respectful communication. She also provides individualized support for parents in learning effective parenting techniques, as well as navigating the school system when your child has behavioral or cognitive concerns.
