Payment and Insurance Accepted
Most of our clients use insurance to cover the cost of therapy with us. WPA accepts the following insurance plans:
Blue Cross/Blue Shield Commercial Plans
Highmark BC/BS Commercial Plans
UPMC Commercial Insurance
United Healthcare/Optum Commercial Plan
Cigna/Evernorth Commercial Plans
Geisinger Health Plan
Aetna Commercial Plans

Self payment/private pay is also accepted.
We cannot accept Medicare.

All copayments are due at the time of service.

If you have an out-of-network insurance, full payment is due at time of service.

If you cancel your appointment less than 24 hours before your appointment slot, you will be billed a no-show fee.
The out of pocket costs for those not using insurance is $165 for the initial assessment session and $135 for a 53 to 60-minute session with a clinically licensed therapist.
