About
We all have times when we feel like we’re on repeat, stuck, overwhelmed or stressed. I offer a safe and supportive environment to help you make positive changes in your life. While we work together, we’ll explore your goals and tailor therapy to your needs while focusing on your strengths as a basis for change.
During my 25 years working with clients, I have worked in traditional outpatient settings and non-traditional settings such as PCP offices and schools. I have extensive training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to help you with unhealthy or unproductive thought patterns and behaviors which lead to depression, anxiety, family stress and oppositional behaviors.
I draw on additional modalities, such as Dialectical Behavior Therapy and mindfulness, to meet your individual needs. From children through adults, I’ve had the pleasure of helping my clients find their own unique path to new ways of thinking, making more mindful choices and improving their emotional wellness.
I look forward to meeting you on your path.
A team that’s been doing this work — and doing it well — for decades.
"I became a therapist because I know what it feels like to be lost and not know where to turn. I started WPA because everyone deserves a therapist who actually fits — not just whoever has an opening.
Our team of licensed clinicians has spent decades helping people across southwestern Pennsylvania find their footing again — through anxiety, trauma, grief, life transitions, and everything in between.
We've walked alongside thousands of people who came to us feeling stuck and left with something they didn't have before: a way forward.
That's what we're here for. And we're ready when you are."
