About Me
Therapy should be as unique as the person - engaging, meaningful, and even fun.
I’m a licensed social worker with a Master’s degree in Social Work and a passion for supporting people through life’s challenges. While I have experience working with individuals across the lifespan, I primarily work with children and adolescents. I’ve had the privilege of working in a variety of settings, including individual, group, and family therapy.
My approach is creative, flexible, and rooted in the belief that therapy should meet clients where they are. I enjoy making sessions engaging and fun—especially for younger clients—while staying focused on their unique needs, goals, and interests. Whether through play, conversation, or creative expression, I tailor each session to create a space that feels safe, supportive, and empowering.
