My Approach

In session, I meet you where you are. My approach depends on what you’re carrying and what you’re hoping to work toward. What stays the same is the atmosphere I try to create: a space where you feel safe enough to be honest, and where we can collaborate on real, lasting growth.

I especially love working with people in the perinatal period, along with those navigating anxiety and OCD. I enjoy working with people who are open and willing to put in the work, both in session and in daily life. After our very first session, I want you to feel safe, understood, and met with compassion and curiosity.

I think of therapy like sitting side by side with someone whose thoughts are a tangled ball of yarn. My job is to help untangle it with genuine care, then hand it back so you can knit the pieces together yourself. You have more agency in this process than you might think, and there is a path forward, even on days it doesn’t feel that way.
